We offer a simple plan.

We teach the basic skills of Movement

A three-step strategy that anyone can do.

 1. Learn our 6 basic skills. 

 2. Apply the skills in everyday life.   3. Keep the skills tuned up.

Do simple things well...and you can

  • become stronger,

  • improve balance,

  • reduce falls and injuries,

  • build healthy backs and bones,

  • loosen a tight, stiff body,

  • increase energy level,

  • reduce general wear and tear,

  • stimulate the mind,

  • increase confidence.

  • ​ Seniors can extend their independence, be more self-sufficient, reduce falls and injuries.

 

  • Any adult can reduce everyday wear and tear that lead to injuries and fatigue.

 

  • Post physical therapy, cardio and pulmonary rehab.

  • Pre and post joint replacement.

  • Anyone with balance concerns. Early Parkinsons.
