Senior and Adult Fitness - Online and Onsite

You can sign up below, or register for a class by email (info@wingssom.com) or phone (732-449-4244).
Take 1-2 classes per week to learn and re-inforce the basic skills and maintain a sturdy foundation. The classes can enhance and complement other activities, classes, or workouts in your schedule. If you want the classes to be your primary exercise activity, 2-3 classes per week would be good.
Remember the importance of everyday activity in building your strength, stability, safety, and confidence.
All classes are approximately 45 minutes long.

Movement 101 - Introduction class for 1st timers.

A. Stability and Strength (balance and the basics)
Most people start with this class to get an understanding of the basic skills and how to apply them. In this class you build your strength and stability to improve your balance and movement. Everyday movement should start to get easier and more confident.
*You may take unlimited classes.
